Certified Renovantage™ Contractors have passed our rigorous testing and screening, so you know that you are hiring the best in the business. To obtain certification, contractors are required to:

• Adhere to our No Risk Renos™ guarantee with a $25,000 Performance Guarantee to ensure contracted obligations to clients will be met, and use the RENOVANTAGE Dispute Resolution Services if required
• Agree to abide by the RENOVANTAGE Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and Operational Systems and Standards
• Possess a valid Business License and HST/CRA number, $2,000,000 Liability Insurance policy and WSIB Insurance coverage
• Have at least 3 years of experience as an independent renovation contractor and pass our stringent background checks (credit, criminal, driver’s license, education and client references)
