Certified Renovantage Contractors have passed our rigorous testing and screening, so you know that you are hiring the best in the business. To obtain certification, contractors are required to:
- Adhere to our No Risk Renos guarantee with a $25,000 Performance Guarantee that contracted obligations to clients with be met, and the Renovantage Dispute Resolution Services will be used if required
- Agreement to Renovantage Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and Operational Standards
- A valid Business License and HST/CRA number, $2,000,000 Liability Insurance policy and WSIB Insurance coverage, at least 3 years experience as an independent renovation contractor and stringent background checks (credit, criminal, driver’s license, education and client references
